Tea is served gongfu style, steeped for you and served to stay in handmade ceramic or glass. There is no milk, sweetener, or to-go cups.
No food or bites.
Matcha is offered only during select ceremonies (check our schedule).
The room is intentionally quiet. Gentle conversation is welcome; laptops, ipads, and phones are not.
Each tea unfolds through a series of steepings. Take your time.
